just try this simple basic dough bread for breakfast.. really soft even keep it after 1 day.. i found this simple recipe from myresepi.. i make adjustable by added bread softener and improver.
INGREDIENTS

- 500gm plain flour/superfine flour
- 11gm instant yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp bread softener
- 1 tsp bread improver
- 40ml vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- some water
METHODS
- mix well all ingredient except water. add in some water little by little and form the soft dough. left behind for 30 minutes
- knead the dough for a while and left behind again for 20 minutes
- the dough is ready to form into various shape.
- baked with the temp 180C for 20 minute depends on the oven
